What the spec sheet tells you
Design pressure rating — e.g., +46.0/-50.0 PSF for a W8-reinforced 16'x7' door. This must meet or exceed the required design pressure for your opening (for a typical single-story home in Broward County, a 16'x7' door needs +37.0/-45.0 PSF per the Broward County wind load chart).
Impact rating — Broward and Miami-Dade require large-missile impact resistance on ALL garage doors, even solid doors with no windows.
